Leg #3-- Chapin, IL

Our next stop-- one of my favorite places on earth, Chapin, IL. We rolled in at 5:15 am on Wednesday morning. Man it was early, Jason was tired, and the girls had just woke up. The last leg of the trip was done out of memory, the GPS was not a very accurate. Driving through town brought back great memories of Berguew, early morning sunrises, and riding horses all day...Finally I get to share this place with my family!

It was a great early morning view! Luckily the Moodys are up early!!!

Any trip to the farm needs a ride on the gator around the property. This is a great shot of the new house... Not the house I slept in when I was younger...

Mrs. Moody and I took the girls and the dogs by the end of it all.

We even got a look at all the tractors! Nick, Shane, and Drew would love this place!

An early morning trip out to the animals.

Even Guinea chicks to make the trip complete!

A great dinner out at the Boatel-- what a cool location and great catfish!

Riley getting the feel of riding Sophie....

Maddie on Ernie!!

Careful- watch out! Toddler driving!

Even Jackson had a buddy-- those glowing eyes are Gandolf, an adorable keshound watching over nap time.

The view outside Mrs. Moody's kitchen window... Horses and hummingbirds.

I love this picture-- while giving hugs and saying goodnight, Maddie decided to snuggle in with Mr. Moody...

Movie night at the Moodys!

As we were leaving Jason wanted me to try and capture the 'flatness' of Illinois...rows of corn and soybeans!

Lastly, a great picture of the whole crew.. Thank you Mr. And Mrs. Moody for a great visit! I cannot wait to return someday soon!
