In search for that perfect picture...

At Christmas time what do you look for?  Yes, that perfect family picture for the christmas cards...Thanks Mary for humoring us and coming into Boston to try to capture that perfect family picture...

Love this shot-- Riley is wearing a true German jacket that we have on loan- it was originally worn by my cousin Rachel 20 some years ago!

Even though only 50% of us are looking at the camera, we decided on this one...

Loved to watch Riley running around the park...can you hear her giggle????
Dad- this one is for you-- Jason saw it and made me take a picture-- look at all that copper!

Watch out for those squirrels!
Yes, they are that used to people...yuck...
Riley chasing them....Jason chasing Riley...Jason scaring the squirrels off just in time so that Riley doesn't get too close to them!

The elusive hat...Grandma Mary chasing after her attempting to get that hat back on that crazy girl!

 Ah, Fanuiel Hall...

And last stop...the original place where we met...more than 10 years ago!  Wow time flies!

It is Christmas Time!!!

What a better way of enjoying the Christmas lights???  We braved the hundreds of LaSallette to see first hand these beautiful lights of Attleboro...

Stockings are hung with care...(missing the fireplace...maybe someday)
A quick Christmas Eve opening with Uncle Woody and Aunt Shelly-- great mugs!
Kids are asleep- now it is time for Dad to put together the presents!!!
While we enjoy a glass or two of wine!

 Is it in chinese?

Ah, the mayhem begins...

Maddie seemed to like the paper more than the gifts!

Our first My Little Pony!!
I think I have a similar picture of Riley at this age in the same Christmas pj's- only difference is Riley was in Germany at this time!  We missed you guys and remembered fondly of our trip to Europe at Christmas-- man it was beautiful!

Someone couldn't handle the mayhem...of to sweet dreams little one!

 Some how Riley persevered!

Even toys for the big boys!

Getting ready for Santa

Ah..nothing like snuggling with Dad on a nice Saturday evening...

Time to decorate the tree...with a little helper!

Just you wait Maddie...in a few years you'll be helping too!

Someone LOVES tinsel!

A quick stop over at daycare before seeing Santa...a nice picture of Riley pushing her little sister!
Bundled Maddie?  Mom, you would be happy, Stacy (daycare Stacy) LOVES toasty kiddos!

It was touch and go there for a minute, but Riley pulled through...We worked with Riley up to the point of meeting Santa...we got within 3 feet of the big guy and then Riley suddenly wouldn't go any further...with a little help from the easy-going Maddie, who had no problem sitting in Santa's lap, Riley realized this guy was ok!!!  She didn't feel like opening up to share her requests for Christmas, but did wish Santa a Merry Christmas!

A french fry toast with Dad to celebrate the night!

My girls!!!  What a great night!
