It's a Girl!!!!

The excitement before...and yes I am smiling in between contractions...that didn't last long...

My true love...the anastesioligist, LOVED the epidural...

Welcome Riley Sue Charron!!! 7 lbs, 6 ounces 19.5 inches long...born on May 27, 2009 (I love the numbers...2+7 = 9....2009... I know I am a dork)

Proud Pappa...he did great...probably still in shock over the whole ordeal!

Dad's sleeping arrangements for the first night...I couldn't help laughing...big guy...tiny, tiny bed! They had 18 births on the 27th alone...3 of them occured directly in the middle of their shift change (including Riley's!)

Proud Dad...even celebrated by wearing pink for the very first time!

May 21st....39 weeks and I AM DONE!!!

So the room is complete!!! Nothing like last minute preparations. The boys finished the room off on Sunday...I think they were getting a little nervous looking at how big my stomach was getting...

It really looks like a room now! Complete with a ceiling fan and dimming lights. They thought of everything!

And of course...life wouldn't be complete with a "Future" Red Sox Fan...it must have been the lucky shirt...Ortiz finally hit his first homerun of the season!!! And then Bay, Lowell...what a game!

May 3rd...Happy Birthday Mom!!!

I definitely feel a bit chunky lately...not too thrilled that my face looks a bit pudgey...must go back to the gym...the pool is calling my name...


Mom looks great! She has been to the gym frequently and a part of the Saturday morning swim workout with an ex-marine...way to kick you into shape!



A great excuse to get out of the house...Happy Birthday Mom!

April 28th...

Thank goodness my parents surprised me...Jason and Mom & Dad had a great surprise and dinner plans all ready...even though I couldn't celebrate with a few drinks...

It is Baby time!!!

Thank you to all that were so generous with their gifts...the shower was absolutely beautiful and overwhelming! Now it is just finding a place for everything....
